AI in Hospitality

Artificial Intelligence (AI), an innovation that has taken the business world by storm. Even so, it remains important to consider the balance between the use of AI and self-reliance with care. Especially in hospitality, where human connection is one of the key aspects.

Ralph and Simone open up the conversation about the future of AI in hospitality and venue management in particular.

"If you ask me, maybe it's an unpopular opinion, but I think that by next year you won't see any dramatic changes in the Hospitality business."

Change takes time

Ralph expects that not a lot will change in one year. And not because AI lacks potential, but rather because the potential is still being explored. In many industries, AI remains a novel subject that companies are still familiarizing themselves with.

He anticipates that 2025 will be a time of self-education. A period in which people experiment with AI, make mistakes and gather their own valuable data. That data will then be used to train algorithms, which will ultimately enable AI to make valuable contributions to workflows.
