How our fast onboarding works
As soon as you’ve signed up, our Customer Success Manager gets straight to work. We start with a quick look at your website to pull together all the details about your rooms, packages and products.
We keep things deliberately simple. Missing some details? We’ll get in touch straight away to fill in the gaps. This way, everything that makes your venue unique is perfectly reflected in the booking engine.
What you’ll need to do
Very little. We’ve designed the process so it’s as easy as possible for you. Once we’ve reviewed your website or online brochure, we usually already have about 90% of what we need to get everything set up.
We’ll then create your account and send you an invitation to log in and check your settings.
Your input? Quite simple:
- Meeting rooms
Name, capacity, layout, price (incl. and excl. VAT) and an image. - Products & packages
Name, contents, price (incl. and excl. VAT) and an image.
What we’ll do
Within a few simple steps, you’ll be live. Once your account is set up, you can start using the booking tool straight away. We’ll then arrange a short online session to walk you through the system and answer any questions. No drawn-out training sessions, hefty manuals or fiddly software installs. Our booking engine is entirely cloud-based.
Got multiple locations? No problem. We’ll set them all up in one go so you don’t have to repeat the process for each venue.
